Do you long for more connection with yourself, for creative flow, inspiration and depth? Then maybe this is your moment to press the pause button. We, Esther and Leonora, are organising a 4-day retreat that offers both relaxation and depth: a moment to recharge and really get to work on yourself.
During this retreat, we create a place where you can stop running for a moment and fully land. No quick fixes and no woolly nonsense, but practical exercises that help you reconnect with yourself, your intuition and your inner compass. We keep it down-to-earth and accessible, with a programme that invites you to discover which patterns and reactions sometimes hold you back.
You will experience breathwork that brings you out of your head and into your body, coaching and experiential sessions that provide insight, and yoga and guided meditations that help you relax and come home to yourself. With nutritious food, relaxation, a sauna evening and, if you wish, a massage or a refreshing ice bath.
In a safe, open atmosphere, space is created to soften, become clear and listen to your own wisdom. This allows you to return to daily life with new energy, peace and direction.

What can you expect?
During this retreat, you will really get to work on yourself. We keep it down-to-earth and accessible, with a programme that invites you to discover which patterns and reactions sometimes hold you back. Perhaps you recognise this: automatically working too hard, being too critical of yourself or always taking care of others. During the retreat, you will learn to recognise these patterns and practise with them, creating more space to stay closer to yourself and feel your own direction (your inner compass).
In the mornings, we spend time in the group room on a programme of practical exercises that give you immediate insight, breathing exercises that take you out of your head and into your body, and moments to share and listen to each other. In the afternoon, the programme varies: sometimes an in-depth session, sometimes time for a walk, sauna or a good conversation around the campfire. In the evening, we usually end with relaxing yoga, so you can quietly integrate the day.
The flow of the programme has been carefully constructed and is based on years of experience in guiding groups. This creates a good balance between intensity and relaxation. We work with personal attention, humour and respect. You will be challenged to face your inner blockages, but always in an accessible way. Expect inspiring moments, practical tools for your daily life and lightness that balances depth.

Accommodation
This retreat takes place at BuitenLand, which, as you may know, is not a standard campsite, but a creative sanctuary in the middle of nature. An outdoor retreat where special people come together and where you can feel a relaxed, open atmosphere as soon as you walk onto the grounds.
You will sleep in one of the unique cottages, each with its own character and designed by creative minds. The grounds are hidden away in the greenery and have their own lake where you can swim or just relax. For the retreat, there is an exclusive spacious group room available, with a kitchen and all the facilities we need. It is located just outside the campsite and is quiet, warm and atmospheric.

Reimbursement and subsidised places
We are seeing more and more employers reimbursing the costs of a retreat through a personal development budget. We are happy to provide an invoice or answer any questions your employer may have. You can also ask about the possibilities of a subsidised place if your finances do not currently allow for a retreat.

Daily schedule
The retreat offers a nice balance between “being active” and relaxation. The retreat starts on Tuesday at 5 p.m. and ends on Friday around 1 p.m.

Food
During the retreat, you will be fully catered for with delicious vegetarian food. All meals are freshly prepared: healthy, colourful and with care. You will eat together at the table, but if you feel the need for some quiet time or want to retreat, there is plenty of space for that too.
With every meal, you can order coffee or a drink at the bar. And in between meals, there is good coffee, a wide selection of teas, fruit, nuts, biscuits and other healthy snacks.
The food is not only delicious, but also nutritious and balanced with the programme: light where possible, substantial where necessary. In this way, every meal supports your process during the retreat.

Retreat leaders - Esther & Leonora
The retreats are led by sisters Leonora and Esther, who together have more than twenty years of experience in guiding personal processes. Their background in social work and coaching gives them a down-to-earth and engaged style: professional, warm and without any woolly thinking.
Together, they create an environment in which participants feel safe enough to open up, while at the same time being challenged to take steps forward. During the retreat, they also work with a small team of professionals whom they know well and trust. This ensures that you receive expert and honest guidance.

We grew up as sisters in a free and creative family, where openness, therapy and self-exploration were as natural as art and creativity. That background gave us the curiosity and courage to look honestly at ourselves and others. We bring that foundation of openness and creativity in which we grew up to our retreats. We do this work because we see time and again how valuable it is when people rediscover themselves: with greater clarity, confidence and a sense of direction. Driven by this enthusiasm, we invite you to experience this for yourself and take the insights back with you into your daily life.
