Children's farms and zoos

There is plenty of animal fun to be had in the area for both younger and older children.

Children's farms
There are three children's farms in the area: 't Nije Hoff in Emmen, the Noaberhoeve in Erica and the Griendtsveenpark in Schoonebeek.

Zoos
Emmen is home to the Wildlands zoo, and Zoo Bizar in Orvelte is a delightful alternative mini zoo. Across the border in Nordhorn, you will find Tierpark Nordhorn.
